1. About this app
A.M.P.A is a private workflow automation tool operated by AM Multimedia. It connects Google services, such as Gmail, to automated workflows. It is used only by its owner and is not offered to the public.
2. Information accessed
With the owner’s permission, the app can access data from the owner’s Google account, such as emails and their details. It only accesses what a workflow needs.
3. How the information is used
The information is used only to run the owner’s own automations. For example, it may read, draft or send emails on the owner’s behalf.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. We do not use it for advertising. We only disclose data if the law requires it.
5. Storage and security
Access tokens and workflow data are held on the owner’s n8n instance, which runs on a managed hosting provider. Workflow logs may temporarily contain data that passed through a workflow. Access is protected by login credentials.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
A.M.P.A’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Retention and deletion
The owner can remove the app’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
